01What we collect
When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, role, region, products of interest and message. We also record which page the form was submitted from.
We collect no personal data from you simply for browsing. Aggregate, anonymous usage measurement runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
02Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare a demonstration, and to keep a record of the consent you gave.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing.
03Legal basis
Where you submit an enquiry, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop contacting you.
04Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database with access restricted to service credentials held server-side. The website has no browser-level read access to submitted data.
Notification emails about your enquiry are delivered through a transactional email provider.
05How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it.
To exercise any of these, write to info@777raptor.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
